Drew Chin, Founder & CEO
Drew Chin has developed leaders for over 20 years.
That’s been his personal and professional commitment his entire adult life. He believes in supporting people in a special process that allows each person to see what is possible for him or her.
With a multitude of experiences in leadership, coaching, and people development, Chin has refined a style that is true to him and how he connects with people. He is celebrated as a coach who builds trust, partners eagerly, and develops clients wholeheartedly.
He touts professional experience in industries that include Education, Non-Profit, and Corporate. He provides leadership consulting for a Fortune 100 Company.
He holds a B.A. in Communications from Quinnipiac University and an M.S in Human Development and Family Studies at The University of Rhode Island.
He has certifications in DDI leadership delivery, and Kirkpatrick program evaluation.
He is a Professional Coach with over 100+ hours of training.
