Integrity is choosing courage over comfort; choosing what is right over what is fun, fast, or easy; and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them.

CourAge

Bravery with heart, mind, & soul leads to action.

We believe courageous action drives the process and we’re all about the process. We’re about the journey not just the destination.

Resilience

Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

We see beauty in rising up from the fall not just conquering it. When life throws its punches, it’s about taking them (maybe take some more), then punching back.

Collaboration

We believe we can accomplish more with others.

We can’t go at it alone. We work and live from a place of collaboration to help achieve great things, together.

Possibility

We can’t go there without believing it’s possible.

This is not to say be lofty and unrealistic. This is about beginning from a place where it is and you are both possible.
