step 1
This is the time where we get to know each other; We want to learn more about who you are and what you’re looking to achieve with coaching and our coaching relationship.
step 2
We’ll share best practices, but we won’t sign-off until you’re comfortable with them and ready to commit.
step 3
Please share all contact information with me, so that we know how and when to reach each other best.
I’ll share mine and you see how it fits your schedule; when it comes to scheduling, I look to you - I need to know you’re invested and engaged in this level of personal work.
I email you my Coaching Agreement, and I ask you sign and send it back to me before our first session together. In the Coaching Agreement, I do ask how you heard about my coaching; I ask for a name or resource only to acknowledge and thank them personally for sharing my name and style with you. Conversations between you and me will not be shared with them.
Let’s work together to figure out how best to spend our coaching time together whether that’s in-person, via web experience, or via phone. Also, let’s determine how best to stay in communication in-between sessions (if needed).
step 4
I am absolutely available for text updates and progress; please know that I’m available from 9am to 8pm during the weekdays.
You will have full access to my calendar and booking; again, this is where I ask you take the lead, so that I know you’re invested and engaged in this level of personal work.
If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment, you will be charged for that session.
